The price of tuna is directly related with the freshness, to which the refrigeration system plays an essential role. The conventional temperature for tuna blast freezing is -60℃, the one of tuna cold storage is -55℃.

Traditionally, owners of tuna longliners used piston compressor in the refrigeration solution, which demands experienced operators,easily resulting in bad quality.

• Compressor:single double-stage screw compressor from Japanese MYCOM;
• Auxiliary equipment (pressure vessel): from domestic top brands;
• Blast freezing shelf: alloy evaporation plates are manufactured based on Japanese mould, which has a high heat transfer coefficient;
• Evaporating coil: is made of 09MnNiD, special material for ultra-low temperature application;
• Ultra-low temperature special thermal expansion valve: from Japanese Sagi Palace;
• Refrigerants: R404A and R507A;
• Pre-assembly: assembly of pipes and cables in the factory, reducing on-site workload;
